Release of GswE2009 v0.99

The iSSEc is proud to announce the release of a near-final version of Graduate Software Engineering 20009 (GswE2009).  GSwE2009 provides guidelines for a graduate curriculum in software engineering (SwE) that reflects new understandings in how to build software; how software engineering depends on systems engineering; and how software engineering education is influenced by specific technological domains, such as telecommunications and defense systems.  GSwE2009 is suitable for university-level education leading to a master's degree in SwE.  

The document was created with input from over 100 practitioners in SwE worldwide, representing academia, industry, and government.
