 Presentations

Panels

  • "GSwE2009:  A New Set of Guidelines for Graduate Software Engineering Education".  Panel members:  Mark Ardis, Shawn Bohner, Dick Fairley, Massood Towhidnejad, Art Pyster.  A new set of curriculum guidelines for graduate software engineering education has recently been published. In this panel those guidelines and two supporting companion reports were presented to faculty interested in creating new programs or improving existing programs. Faculty who attended the panel learned how to use the recommended curriculum architecture to customize their programs to meet their needs.
  • "Panel on Master's Programs in Software Engineering".  Panel chair:  Mehdi Jazayeri.  Panel members:  John Brackett, Ivica Crnkovic, Bertrand Meyer, Art Pyster, Tony Wasserman, and Mansour Zand.  Panel at the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) 2010.
